Over the last year we have been giving you regular reports on the progress of our new school building project through The Edge Newsletter and on our website. We would now like to offer you the opportunity to come in to a meeting for parents and carers to learn more about the next phase of the programme and about how we plan to move to our new building this summer.

We will be able to give you more information about the forthcoming changes and our new facilities, including ICT, as well as new arrangements for the autumn term. We will of course be sending out details as well.

As already notified to you in the Easter edition of The Edge Newsletter, this meeting will be held on Tuesday 11 May, beginning at 18.00 in the present School Hall.

Representatives from Shropshire Council’s Project Team and Kier Moss will be attending, as well as colleagues from our school Leadership Team and some of our One School Pathfinder Ambassadors.

Our presentation will include details of the move from the present school to the new school, which is planned to take place during summer 2010, and outline plans for autumn 2010 and spring 2011.

by the deadline of Friday 7 May. This is particularly important, as seating in the Hall is limited and I am sure you will realise that we will not be able to accommodate every parent of all our 930 students at a single meeting!
